Individual approach to the project

We manufacture wire grates and meshes with maximum dimensions of 980 × 2,000 mm, with fully customisable parameters. We offer varied wire diameters to suit specific loads and applications. Depending on the customer’s needs, we use:

  • black steel (for industrial and technical solutions),
  • stainless steel (for industries where corrosion resistance may be required, such as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics).

Our products can be additionally protected with powder-coated coatings.

Technology that affects precision

The entire production process is carried out at our facility, located in Pisz, with the use of modern technologies including:

  • laser cutting – to ensure precise edges and repeatability of parts,
  • wire bending on CNC machines – for high accuracy and uniformity of shape,
  • MIG / MAG / TIG welding and heat sealing – manual and robotised,
  • powder coating – performed in two booths, to enable quick colour changes and the delivery of serial and individual orders.

Production flexibility – products and services made to order

We offer catalogue products as well as individually manufactured items. We deliver orders based on:

  • customer technical documentation,
  • submitted drawings, photographs or technical descriptions,
  • joint arrangements and consultations with our technology department.

On the customer’s request, we can prepare prototypes and production test series. Thanks to our comprehensive machinery and experienced team, we can flexibly adapt to the requirements of the market and the specifics of the customer’s industry.
