- User – any natural person visiting the Online Shop or using its services.
- Customer, Buyer – a natural person with a full legal capacity, a legal person or any other entity, entering into a distance sales agreement through the Online Shop.
- Order – a declaration of intent by the Buyer, aimed directly at entering into an agreement of sale of goods and services at a distance through the Online Shop.
- GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

- The duration of personal data processing is contingent on the type of service provided and the purpose of such processing, as well as on the handling and delivery of the order, the performance of the agreement and the potential withdrawal of the consent as to the possibility of processing personal data or until the user/customer objects to further processing of such personal data.
- All personal data is provided by the User on a voluntary basis.
- 4. USER’S RIGHTS
- The User has the right to access the content of their data and to request its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, as well as the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection.
- Further, the User has the right to object to data processing that is based on the legitimate interest of the Controller.

- 5. RECIPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
- In relation to the performance of the services provided by this online shop, your personal data will be disclosed to external entities, including in particular IT service providers, to allow the proper use of the Website, entities serving the Seller in the process of storage, dispatch, complaints, returns and payment processing of Orders.
