    How do I return a product?

    To return a product, contact our customer service department. The notification of return should be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The product must be intact, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once the return has been accepted, you will receive details of the address to which send back the goods.

    Orders are delivered within the timeframe agreed when placing the order. Standard delivery time is usually 2-5 working days, depending on the availability of the products and the selected delivery method. We keep our customers informed of any delays.

    Once the product is accepted for return, the funds will be refunded to the customer's account within 14 working days. The return is made using the same payment method as the original transaction. The shipping cost of returning the goods is to be borne by the customer, unless the return results from our mistake.

    The order can be cancelled before it is sent. To cancel your order, contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Once the order has been sent, the cancellation process is impossible and the customer must use the return option.

    If a product purchased from our shop is defective or not compliant with its description, you have the right to file a complaint. Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. To make a complaint, contact our customer service department and specify your order number and a detailed description of the defect in the product. Should the complaint be accepted, we will offer to repair or replace the goods, or refund the cash, depending on the circumstances. The costs related to the complaint are sustained by our company if the product should be defective due to our fault.

    Having confirmed the availability of the goods, you can collect products ordered online in person at our brick and mortar shop located in Pisz at ul. Warszawska 55D. Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a notification that the order is ready for collection. Do bring your proof of purchase with you, which you will need to collect your products.
